Seven years ago, Mary Waugh joined New Zealand Skills and Education Group (NZSEG) to lead its quality assurance and product development. With a passion for education and its potential to transform lives, Mary quickly found her place in an organisation driven by purpose. “I wanted to make a difference—not just for learners, but for their families and thir communities,” she says.
As Group Director for Quality Assurance and Products, Mary ensures every programme meets industry standards and equips learners with the skills to succeed. For NZSE, this extends to schools such as Health and Early Childhood Education to Tech and ATC Military Prep. NZSE’s offerings reflect its commitment to growth and inclusivity.
