We want to nurture your success as a Māori student in every way we can to give you the best possible outcomes; not only for your future but for the betterment of your whānau, hapū, iwi and hapori/community.
Our Māori Learner Success Advisor Merepaea Dunn is here to provide guidance and advice in a confidential setting. She will respond to your individual needs in a tikanga-guided and kaupapa-driven way. We will work together to awhi and navigate you to the internal and external services you need to succeed.

It is important for all of our staff and students to recognise the importance of embracing Māori culture in the workplace. That’s why NZSE staff have the chance to meet weekly and develop their connection to these cultures, allowing us to provide spaces and perspectives for our Māori learners and improve their experiences with us.
