Celebrating more than 11 years of academic collaboration, NZSE College and Massey University are proud to announce the new delivery of the Massey University Diploma in Business (Level 5) at NZSE’s Auckland City campus.
Students will benefit from the expertise and resources of both institutions — they will study the highly-regarded Massey diploma while enjoying the learner support services and ultra-central location of NZSE College’s city campus.
“This agreement marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter in NZSE’s valued partnership journey with Massey University,” says Wendy Liao, NZSEG CEO. “It reflects Massey’s continued confidence in NZSEG’s academic quality and our shared vision of delivering excellence in education. I look forward to seeing this programme flourish at our city campus, offering students the best of both worlds.”
The Diploma in Business provides a strong foundation in key business disciplines and provides a direct pathway into the second year of Massey University’s bachelor programmes, including the Bachelor of Business and Bachelor of Accountancy. The first scheduled intake is July 2026.
Dr Jeffrey Stangl, Associate Dean Massey Business School, says the partnership builds on an already strong relationship with NZSEG.
“We are excited to embark on this new collaboration, which further unites Massey Business School and NZSEG around a shared commitment to quality delivery, business-aligned learning, strong outcomes, and exceptional pastoral care. After more than a decade working together with Wendy Liao and her team, I continue to admire NZSEG’s professionalism, academic rigour, and student-centred approach. The Diploma in Business Studies creates clear pathways and equips international students for success in New Zealand and beyond.”
With a legacy of more than 21 years in tertiary education, NZSE College continues to build strong academic pathways with leading New Zealand universities, enabling trusted progression and high-quality outcomes for its students.
“This partnership is a proud reflection of our shared commitment to building New Zealand’s future, empowering the next generation of business leaders to drive economic growth,” says Liao. “Together with Massey, we are helping to develop the skills and talent that will support New Zealand’s economic priorities, including the growth of the international education sector.”
With the combined expertise of Massey University and NZSE College, learners will enjoy enriched learning opportunities and clear progression pathways — supported by two of New Zealand’s most trusted education providers.
