For nearly two decades, Jennie Parker has played a pivotal role in the evolution of what is now the New Zealand Skills and Education Group (NZSEG). She in 2007 as a relationship manager and student support advisor, helping students navigate challenges and secure jobs. Today, as People and Capability Director, as part of the Executive Leadership team, she helps oversee a team of 150, reflecting the growth of an organisation that now includes NZSE, Seafield School of English, and EdVance.
Jennie’s tenure mirrors NZSEG’s transformation—from a small, single-campus college to a multi-campus group shaping the futures of thousands. “NZSE is about empowering lives through learning—for students and staff alike,” she says.
