- Customer Service in Hospitality: Developing skills in guest relations, handling complaints, and providing exceptional customer experiences.
- Hospitality Marketing and Sales: Strategies for promoting hospitality services, branding, digital marketing, and revenue management.
- Event Management: Planning and executing events, conferences, and other gatherings within the hospitality industry.
- Hospitality Finance: Financial management principles relevant to hospitality businesses, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis.
- Hospitality Technology: Utilising technology in hospitality operations, such as reservation systems, point-of-sale systems, and guest management software.

- New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing (Level 3)
Entry requirements
- Open to students who are 16 - 24 years of age, under Youth Guarantee
- Applicants must have sufficient competence in the English language to undertake the Programme which is taught and assessed in English.
- This programme is not available for international students.
