Through collaborative projects at our vibrant Auckland city campus, you’ll learn about various operating systems and how to programme robust websites. Plus, while gaining knowledge of IT operations and IT management you’ll get hands-on experience with our industry partners. This programme covers:

- IT Support and Service Management
This qualification prepares you for the following international certifications: CompTIA A+, Cisco CCNA and ITIL Foundation.

Entry requirements
- Open entry with interview
- It is recommended that you hold a qualification in Information Technology OR Computing at Level 3 or 4 or above, and/or NCEA level 2 or 3 OR overseas high school certificate.
- This programme requires students to have access to a laptop/desktop that can connect to the internet with a web browser and a required minimum screen size of 10 inches. For device specifications, please talk to your Course Advisor.
- Open entry with interview
- It is recommended that you hold a qualification in Information Technology OR Computing at Level 3/4 and above, and/or NCEA level 2/3 OR overseas high school certificate
- IELTS Academic score of 5.5 with no band less than 5.0 or NZCEL (Academic) Level 4 or equivalent
- A valid visa and insurance
