In the first of a video series with our leadership team on the 20th anniversary of NZSE College, we sit down with Founder and Chair Brijesh Sethi, whose journey with NZSE began two decades ago with a vision to make quality education accessible to all. When he founded NZSE College with just four staff members and a modest cohort of 12 students, Brijesh could not have anticipated the remarkable impact the college would go on to have.
“I bump into so many of our graduates out and about in the community and they’ll talk to me about their success, their families, and how their programmes at NZSE helped them. Education is a wonderful industry to be in, with the power to do so much good for our youth and country.”
NZSEG has grown significantly since 2004, with its reach expanding across thousands of students, and programmes ranging from foundation courses to high level tertiary education. Brijesh reflects on the importance of adaptability in NZSEG’s journey, saying, “Innovation requires courage… we’ve had that courage, taking new paths, creating new programmes, and bringing in diverse partnerships.”
