For Dr. Neel Pandey, Group Academic Director for Operations and Research at NZSEG, education is about more than just qualifications – it’s about transformation. With over two decades in education and a role on NZSEG’s Executive Leadership Team, Neel works collaboratively across the organisation to ensure every learner is equipped with the skills and knowledge to thrive in the workforce.
